Biscuit vadapa (Rice Flour Snacks)

Ingredients

  • Rice flour 1 cup
  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Maida 2 tbsp
  • Onion 1 big
  • Salt 
  • Hot oil - 3 tbsps
  • Green chilli paste - 1 tbsp

Procedure



  1. Take  a big Bowl,add Rice flour,Wheat flour,Maida,Chopped onion, Hot Oil,Salt,Green chilli paste and Mix well
  2. Take Small quantity in a bowl ,Gradually add water and make a dough. The dough should be such that when u take a portion of the dough in our hands and hold it together and flatten it,it should hold its shape.
  3. Heat oil in heavy bottomed pan for frying
  4. Grease your palm and fingers with little oil ,take small portions of the dough to flatten it with your fingers and make a medium disc.Once the oil is hot,add these discs into oil in batches and fry them in high flame till they are golden and crip.
  5.  Once done, take out them and cool it.Store it in Airtight container
