Biscuit vadapa (Rice Flour Snacks)
Ingredients
- Rice flour 1 cup
- Wheat flour 1 cup
- Maida 2 tbsp
- Onion 1 big
- Salt
- Hot oil - 3 tbsps
- Green chilli paste - 1 tbsp
Procedure
- Take a big Bowl,add Rice flour,Wheat flour,Maida,Chopped onion, Hot Oil,Salt,Green chilli paste and Mix well
- Take Small quantity in a bowl ,Gradually add water and make a dough. The dough should be such that when u take a portion of the dough in our hands and hold it together and flatten it,it should hold its shape.
- Heat oil in heavy bottomed pan for frying
- Grease your palm and fingers with little oil ,take small portions of the dough to flatten it with your fingers and make a medium disc.Once the oil is hot,add these discs into oil in batches and fry them in high flame till they are golden and crip.
- Once done, take out them and cool it.Store it in Airtight container
