Atukula Upma or Poha

Ingredients

  • Atukulu or Poha( thick) 1 cup
  • Onions 1
  • Turmeric
  • Curry leaves
  • Mustard seeds
  • Bengal gram - 1 tsp
  • Green chilli paste
  • Salt

Procedure

  1. Wash Poha properly 
  2. Now add little water and soak for 10 mins
  3. Heat a kadai ,add oil
  4. Add mustard seeds and jeera, when splutter add bengal gram and curry leaves,cook for 2 mins
  5. Add green chilli paste and turmeric ,cook for 1 min
  6. Now add soaked poha , salt .Mix Well
  7. Cook for 5 mins
  8. Garnish with coriander serve with Pappula podi or any pickle
