Ingredients
- Atukulu or Poha( thick) 1 cup
- Onions 1
- Turmeric
- Curry leaves
- Mustard seeds
- Bengal gram - 1 tsp
- Green chilli paste
- Salt
Procedure
- Wash Poha properly
- Now add little water and soak for 10 mins
- Heat a kadai ,add oil
- Add mustard seeds and jeera, when splutter add bengal gram and curry leaves,cook for 2 mins
- Add green chilli paste and turmeric ,cook for 1 min
- Now add soaked poha , salt .Mix Well
- Cook for 5 mins
- Garnish with coriander serve with Pappula podi or any pickle
