Ingredients
1. Rice rava - 2 cups
2. Water 4 glasses
3. Salt as per taste
Procedure
- Add 4 glasses of water into kadai ,let it bowl
- Once water starts boiling ,add Salt and rice rava,mix well and cover it with lid.Let it cook for 15 mins.
- Let it cool down , take some water , dip your fingers in water ,take small balls of cooked rava and flatten it , or make small cups
- Place them in steamer and steam for 15 mins
- Bila kudumu or topis are ready ,It tastes best with masala pappu or tomato chutney or groundnut chutney
