Bila Kudumu (Topilu)


Ingredients 

1. Rice rava - 2 cups 
2. Water 4 glasses
3. Salt as per taste

Procedure 

  1. Add 4 glasses of water into kadai ,let it bowl
  2. Once water starts boiling ,add Salt and rice rava,mix well and cover it with lid.Let it cook  for 15 mins.
  3. Let it cool down , take some water , dip your fingers in water ,take small balls of cooked  rava and flatten it , or make small cups
  4. Place them in steamer and steam for 15 mins
  5. Bila kudumu or topis are ready ,It tastes best with masala pappu or tomato chutney or groundnut chutney
