Ingredients
- Capsicum (small) 5-6
- Fresh Coconut 1 cup (Grated)
- Jeera 1 tsp
- Salt
- Oil
- Green Chillies 3
Procedure
- Take Small capsicums ,wash them and take out the stalk and seeds.Keep them a side
- Now prepare Coconut stuffing.In a blender Add grated or chopped coconut , jeera , green chilies and salt.Grind them (do not add water) and mix well.
- Take capsicums and stuff with coconut mixture.
- Heat a kadai , add oil and place all the stuffed capsicums .From top add little more oil and cover with lid.Cook on low flame
- After few minutes turn the capsicums and cook for few minutes.
- Repeat the same , till all sides are cooked
- Serve with Rice.
