Coconut stuffed Capsicum



Ingredients

  • Capsicum (small) 5-6
  • Fresh Coconut 1 cup (Grated)
  • Jeera 1 tsp
  • Salt 
  • Oil
  • Green Chillies 3

Procedure

  1. Take Small capsicums ,wash them and take out the stalk and seeds.Keep them a side
  2. Now prepare Coconut stuffing.In a blender Add grated or chopped coconut , jeera , green chilies and salt.Grind them (do not add water) and mix well.
  3. Take capsicums and stuff with coconut mixture.
  4. Heat a kadai , add oil and place all the stuffed capsicums .From top add little more oil and cover with lid.Cook on low flame
  5. After few minutes turn the capsicums and cook for few minutes.
  6. Repeat the same , till all sides are cooked
  7. Serve with Rice.
