Dibbarote


Ingredients

  • Rice Rava - 3 cups
  • Urad dal - 1 cup
  • Salt
  • Baking soda

Procedure

  1. Soak Urad dal for 2 hours or over night
  2. Grind Urad dal to smooth paste,In a bowl add the grind batter,Rice rava,salt,and baking soda,mix well and keep it a side for 30 mins
  3.  Take a kadai ,heat it.Add 1 tsp of oil ,Take a ladle full of batter ,pour into the kadai and spread it (It should be thick)

  4. Cover with a lid ,cook on low flame 
  5. After few mins turn the dibbarote and cook till crispy
  6. Dibbarote is ready .It is crunchy from outside and soft from inside.
  7. Serve it with Fresh coconut Karam
