Ingredients
- Rice Rava - 3 cups
- Urad dal - 1 cup
- Salt
- Baking soda
Procedure
- Soak Urad dal for 2 hours or over night
- Grind Urad dal to smooth paste,In a bowl add the grind batter,Rice rava,salt,and baking soda,mix well and keep it a side for 30 mins
- Take a kadai ,heat it.Add 1 tsp of oil ,Take a ladle full of batter ,pour into the kadai and spread it (It should be thick)
- Cover with a lid ,cook on low flame
- After few mins turn the dibbarote and cook till crispy
- Dibbarote is ready .It is crunchy from outside and soft from inside.
- Serve it with Fresh coconut Karam
