Ingredients
- Rice 5 glasses
- Minapappu or Black gram 1.5 glass
- Menthulu or Methi Seeds 1/2 tsp
- Atukulku or Poha thick 1/2 glass
- Salt
- Eating Soda or Baking Soda
Procedure
- Soak Rice, Methi and Minapappu in water for 6 hrs
- Soak Poha in water separately
- Remove water from soaked rice and dal and add it into grinder ,add small quantity of water and grind it to smooth paste
- Grind Soaked poha also into smooth paste
- Mix Poha batter into rice and dal batter.Mix Well
- Ferment it for 8 hrs or whole night
- Next Morning Batter gets ferment
- Take Small Quantity of batter in a bowl , add salt and pinch of baking soda.Mix well
- Heat Dosa gridle, take ladlelful of batter pour it on it, spread in circular motion into thin circle
- Add oil on it , cook till dosa becomes golden color and fold it into triangle shape or just into half
- Serve with Red chutney , Onion Chutney or coconut chutney
