Ingredients
- Gongura or Sorrel Leaves 1 big Bunch
- Kandi Pappu or Toor Dal 1 cup
- Senaga Pappu 1 tbsp
- Onion 1
- Garlic Cloves 6-8
- Green Chilli
- Coriander seeds 2 tbsps
- Jeera 1 tbsp
- Ground Nuts 1 Tbsp (Optional)
- Salt
- Turmeric
Procedure
- In a Cooker add Kandi Pappu, Senaga Pappu , Garlic cloves,Onions,Gongura and Ground nuts.Cook for 2 whistles
- In a blender add Green chilli , Coriander seeds and Jeera,blend them.Add this to cooked dal.Add turmeric and salt also
- Cook for 5 mins and switch off the flame
- Add seasoning.Serve with Rice or Jonna or Jowar Roti
