Murmura or Puffed rice
Oil
Curry leaves
Ground Nuts
Mustard Seeds
Dry red chilli
Red Chilli powder
Turmeric
Salt
Roasted Bengal gram split or Putnala Pappu
Hing
Procedure
- In a Large Kadai add oil and heat it
- Once Hot add Mustard seeds , Ground nuts and fry them
- Now add Curry leaves ,Bengal Gram , give a quick mix and add Salt, turmeric and red chilli powder and hing .Mix well
- Now add Murmura
- Cook on low flame for 5 mins and Stir in intervals
- Switch off the flame
- Serve with onion
