Kobbari Mirapodi (Dry Coconut podi)

Ingredients

  • Dry coconut 2 (cut into pieces or use a grater to grate)
  • Red chillies 50 gms or as per taste
  • Garlic 20 cloves
  • Salt
  • oil 1tsp

Procedure

  1. Heat a kadai ,add a teaspoon of oil and dry red chillies
  2. Roast them and switch of the flame
  3. In a blender add grated dry coconut,Red chillies, garlic and salt.Blend to powder
  4. Store it in Air tight container.
