Ingredients:
1. Rice Flour - 4 Cups
2. Ground Nuts - 1 1/2 Cup (Semi Roasted)
3. Roasted Bengal Gram (Putnalu) - 1/2 cup
4. Oil - 1/4 Cup (Hot)
5. Curry Leaves - Few
6. Red Chilli Powder
7. Salt as per taste
8. Water as required
Procedure :
1. Grind Groundnuts , Putnalu into coarse powder.Heat Oil
2. Take a big Bowl,add Rice flour,Grinded powder, Hot Oil,Salt,red chilli powder and Mix well
3. Take Small quantity in a bowl ,Gradually add water and make a dough. The dough should be such that when u take a portion of the dough in our hands and hold it together and flatten it,it should hold its shape.
4.Heat oil in heavy bottomed pan for frying
5.Grease your palm and fingers with little oil ,take small portions of the dough to flatten it with your fingers and make a medium disc.Once the oil is hot,add these discs into oil in batches and fry them in high flame till they are golden and crip
3. Take Small quantity in a bowl ,Gradually add water and make a dough. The dough should be such that when u take a portion of the dough in our hands and hold it together and flatten it,it should hold its shape.
4.Heat oil in heavy bottomed pan for frying
5.Grease your palm and fingers with little oil ,take small portions of the dough to flatten it with your fingers and make a medium disc.Once the oil is hot,add these discs into oil in batches and fry them in high flame till they are golden and crip
6. Once done, take out them and cool it.Store it in Airtight container
