Ingredients
- Potatoes 3 large
- Fresh Coriander
- Carrot 1 grated
- Pudina or mint leaves
- Salt
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Jeera or cumin powder 1 tsp
- Green chillies chopped
- Salt
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Bread crumbs
- Fresh Peas
- Ginger 1 inch
- Onion 1 small chopped
Procedure
- Boil Potatoes and Let it cool
- Heat a kadai , add oil ,once oil is hot add ginger , green chillies and onions .Cook till onions are transparent
- Now add grated carrot and chopped pudina cook for 2 mins.Add coriander powder,salt,Jeera powder mix well.Switch off the flame
- In a bowl grate the potatoes and add the cooked mixture and Chopped coriander ,mix well
- Take small balls and flatten them ,cover it with bread crumbs
- Heat a griddle , add oil and place the prepared potato cutlets and cook on low flame for 5 mins
- Flip the cutlet and cook on other side.Add oil if required
- Cook for 5 mins or till it is cooked completely
- Serve hot cutlets with ketchup or pudina chutney and sweet chutney
