Ingredients
- Red chillies - 100 gms
- Coriander seed -100 gms
- Jeera - 25 gms
- Pepper (Miriyalu) -2 tbsp
- Methi seeds - 2 tbsp
- Mustard seeds - 2 tbsp
- Kandipapppu - 2 tbsp
- Senaga pappu - 2 tbsp
- Minapappu - 2 tbsp
- Lavangalu 25 pieces
- Chekka - 1 inch
- Mogga or kabab chini -20 pieces
- Biryani leaves - 2
Procedure
- Dry roast all the ingredients .Cool them ,Grind to a smooth powder.
- Store it in air tight container
