Aakukura Vadappa (Green Leafy vegetable Rice Flour Roti)


Ingredients

Rice Flour 1 cup
Palakura or Spinach 1 bunch
Onion big 1
Pudina half bunch
Salt
Green Chilli paste 1 tbsp
Groundnut coarse powder 1 tbsp (Optional)
Water 

Procedure


  1. Wash Palak and Pudina properly and Chop them 
  2. In a Bowl add Rice Flour,salt,Finely chopped onion,Green chilli paste,Mix well
  3. Now add Chopped onion,Palak,Pudina.Mix well.If water is required add little bit of water and make a smooth dough.Make Balls
  4. Take a tawa or griddle,Add a teaspoon of oil and place the dough ball in the middle.
  5. Oil your finger tips,with the help of your fingers ,Press it and spread it.
  6. Sprinkle oil on it, cook on medium heat and turn the roti.Cook on other side by sprinkling oil
  7. Once it is cooked , Serve them with Dal or Chutney or any Podi
