Ingredients
Rice Flour 1 cup
Palakura or Spinach 1 bunch
Onion big 1
Pudina half bunch
Salt
Green Chilli paste 1 tbsp
Groundnut coarse powder 1 tbsp (Optional)
Water
Procedure
- Wash Palak and Pudina properly and Chop them
- In a Bowl add Rice Flour,salt,Finely chopped onion,Green chilli paste,Mix well
- Now add Chopped onion,Palak,Pudina.Mix well.If water is required add little bit of water and make a smooth dough.Make Balls
- Take a tawa or griddle,Add a teaspoon of oil and place the dough ball in the middle.
- Oil your finger tips,with the help of your fingers ,Press it and spread it.
- Sprinkle oil on it, cook on medium heat and turn the roti.Cook on other side by sprinkling oil
- Once it is cooked , Serve them with Dal or Chutney or any Podi
