Ingredients
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Potatoes 3
- Curry Leaves
For Podi
- Dry Coconut 2 tbsp
- Redchillies or Red Chilli powder
- Salt
- Garlic Cloves 2 (Optional)
Procedure
For Podi:
- In a Blender add Coconut , red chilli powder ,garlic and salt, blend them to smooth powder.
(If using Red chillies dry roast them and them add into blender)
For Fry
- Peel Potatoes and put them in water.Chop them
- Now Heat oil in a kadai , add Potatoes mix them.Fry them in high flame by giving a stir for every few minutes.Once they start golden color , change the flame to Low
- Fry until they are golden and crispy
- Remove Excess oil , add blended coconut powder ,stir them and switch off the flame
- Serve hot with Rice
