Ingredients
- Ghee 2 tbsp
- Rice 1 cup
- Onion 1
- Pudina or Mint leaves 1 cup
- Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
- Shahjeera 1/2 tbsp
- Elaichi 1
- Clove 1
- Cinnamon 1/2 inch
- Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
- Green chillies 2
Procedure
- Wash rice and Soak for 30 mins (1 cup rice , 2 cups water)
- In a Cooker heat ghee,add all masala(Clove,Elaichi,Shahjeera,Cinnamon) saute for few secs. Add Onion,cook till soft,Now add ginger garlic paste and fry till light brown
- Now add Green chilly,Pudina and coriander leaves.Cook for 1 min approx
- Add salt and mix well
- Now add Soaked rice with water.
- Cover with lid and cook for 2 whistles
- Serve with bagara baigan or any gravy and raita
