Ingredients
For powder:
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds 1 tsp
- Urad dal 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
- Putnalu or Roasted bengal gram 1 tbsp
- Peanuts 1 tbsp
- Dry red chillies 6-8 or as per taste
- Salt
- Oil
- Hing
Veggies used:
- Garlic thinly sliced
- Capsicum
- Corn
- Carrot
- Onion
Procedure
- Dry roast all the ingredients and blend to coarse powder
- One glass of cooked rice like 250 gms of rice
- Chop all the vegetables to small cubes
- Heat 4 tbsps of oil in a kadai or pan,Add garlic, hing pinch and sauté for few mins then add onion ,cook till onions are soft ,then add remaining veggies and add little bit salt .Cook till veggies are soft
- Now add coarse powder ,mix well.
- Add cooked rice and salt ,Mix well and garnish with coriander!!
- Serve hot with raita
