Ingredients
- Foxtail Millet 1 cup
- Toor dal 1/2 cup
- Bengal Gram 1/2 cup
- Urad dal 2 tbsps
- Sabudana 2 tbsp
- Red Chillies 6-8 or as per taste
- Salt
- Tomato 1 (ripped)
- Hing
- Curry leaves few
- Onion 1 copped(optional)
Procedure
- Wash and soak toor dal,foxtail millet,urad dal ,sabudana and bengal gram in water for 3-4 hours
- Add them into grinding jar ,add salt ,tomato and hing.
- Grind into smooth paste .Now Add chopped curry leaves and chopped onions and mix well.
- Heat a dosa tawa,grease little oil.Take a ladle full of batter , pour it on center of tawa,spread it .It should be thicker than dosa.
- Cook till brown color.
- Serve hot with chutney or any podi
Note: Can add grated carrot or grated cabbage or drumstick leaves
