Golinchina Vadapa (Rice Flour Puri)
Ingredients
- Rice flour 2 cups
- Hot water
- Salt
- Nuvulu - 1 tsp
- Jeera - 1tsp
- Oil for Deep fry
Procedure
- In a Bowl add Rice flour,Salt,Nuvulu,Jeera , mix well and add hot water gradually and give it a mix and form a smooth dough.The dough should be such that when u take a portion of the dough in our hands and hold it together and flatten it,it should hold its shape.
- Make small size balls and keep it a side.
- Heat oil in heavy bottomed pan for frying
- Grease your palm and fingers with little oil ,take small portions of the dough to flatten it with your fingers and make a medium disc.Once the oil is hot, add a rice puri ,gently press the puri.
- It will puff ,Flip it and fry other side till crisp.
- Serve this with Menthula pappu or Any dal or with fresh Coconut Karam
