Golinchina Vadapa (Rice Flour Puri)


Ingredients

  • Rice flour 2 cups
  • Hot water
  • Salt
  • Nuvulu - 1 tsp
  • Jeera - 1tsp
  • Oil for Deep fry

Procedure

  1. In a Bowl add Rice flour,Salt,Nuvulu,Jeera , mix well and add hot water gradually and give it a mix and form a smooth dough.The dough should be such that when u take a portion of the dough in our hands and hold it together and flatten it,it should hold its shape.
  2. Make small size balls and keep it a side.
  3. Heat oil in heavy bottomed pan for frying
  4. Grease your palm and fingers with little oil ,take small portions of the dough to flatten it with your fingers and make a medium disc.Once the oil is hot, add a rice puri ,gently press the puri.
  5. It will puff ,Flip it and fry other side till crisp.
  6. Serve this with Menthula pappu or Any dal or with fresh Coconut Karam
