Ingredients
- Toor Dal 1/4th cup
- Salt
- Turmeric
- Rasam Powder 1 tbsp
- Tomato small 1
- Curry leaves
- Hing
- Mustard seeds
- Jeera
- Fresh Coiander
- Tamarind Paste 1 tsp
Procedure
- Cook toor dal
- Now in Cooked toor dal add Chopped tomato,curry leaves, rasam powder , salt,tamarind paste,turmeric and 2 cups of water
- Cook for 10 mins
- Take small kadai for seasoning.Add oil when hot add mustard seeds, jeera and curry leaves.add hing and switch off the flame
- Add this seasoning in rasam
- Serve hot with Rice
